The core responsibilities of this position include:
  • Application User Access and Entitlement Oversight and Governance
  • Change Control Review and Approval of ITSM records for UAT and Production environments
  • Develop logical access templates for applications which includes access entitlements for internal/external applications and shared folders by Line of Business. Templates are used for other BAU tasks within team.
  • Review and Approval of New User Access Entitlements
  • Develop comprehensive detailed User Access Request Guides for Operation teams
  • Projects related to User Access Entitlements, which may include automation efforts and analysis and redefine Access Profiles for Applications
  • Information gathering related User Access Entitlements and Certifications completed for Internal/External Audits
  • Monthly Metric reporting
  • Technology Projects related to infrastructure and transmissions
  • Exercises a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in coordinating and prioritizing work

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Management related field preferred with work experience in the industry, preferably with User Access Controls and Application Entitlements background
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management structures/processes such as Access controls, entitlement certification and user access removal.
  • Experience with JPM Fund Services Applications including User Access request tools (EURC, RSAM, IBID) would be beneficial but not mandatory
  • Ability to coordinate issues, findings and practices with colleagues across regions and/or divisions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A bility to operate effectively with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize all work assignments effectively to ensure timely completion
  • Experience with MS Office Products - Excel / Access
