Established in 2001, we have provided temporary and permanent staff to many different public and private companies.Lynx always tries to provide a high standard of staff therefore successful candidates must be able to show pride and commitment to their work.We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator for a contract of three months.Successful applicants must have previous admin experience and have worked in a legal team or an equivalent environment.Duties Of The Role Include- Using online systems, such as word and excel.
- Filing and photocopying
- Communicating with customers and clients, both via email and over the phone
- Using a case management system from a local authority perspective
- Carrying a varied case load of administrative duties both individually and as part of a team
- Any other varied administrative duties as required
