Our operations team is growing! At Diamond we’re passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers, meeting tight deadlines, and operating in a lean and flexible way.

We’re looking for a Business Relationship Manager to improve our ability to get our customers the products they need in the quickest time possible.

This role will involve handling customer requests from the first contact all the way through to the delivery of the goods. You will be working alongside our two most experienced team members who will help support you through your progression at Diamond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling your account enquiries whether this be over the phone, email or through our website.
  • Sourcing the best fit products for your customers offering alternatives and advice so that they receive a first-class service.
  • Processing the Purchase and Sale of goods through your ERP system Business Central
  • Providing updates to your customers on the progress of their order.
  • Working with your warehouse team to ensure that your inventory is managed efficiently
  • Helping to design and develop new and improved ways of working within the operations department

  • Have experience in handling customer relationships
  • Are focussed on continuous improvement and can show experience in adding value in a previous role
  • Are an excellent analytical thinker with great organisational skills
  • Take a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
  • Have a good understanding of basic IT systems
  • Have an aptitude for figures and the ability to manage budgets

  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
