Our story will continue to be written by those ready to take on challenges and see them through: the kind of people who never stop learning, collaborating, innovating, celebrating differences and individuality and using it to drive better solutions.About the roleDue to the growth of our services we have new and exciting opportunities!OneMedical Group is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to work as part of a dynamic Business Intelligence & Systems team with the aim of delivering effective contractual and performance reporting on behalf our key stakeholders and business divisions.They will be primarily responsible for managing a team of 2 Business Intelligence Analysts who produce regulatory, management information and analytical reporting with a key focus on insights to provide a clear picture on service performance and continual improvement opportunities.They Business Intelligence Lead will look for new innovation and improvement opportunities through data, focusing on automation and technology that will develop and improve efficiency within the teamThey will review and fix any defects that arise in terms of reporting incidents and data quality issues, be a champion for data accuracy and ensuring it is used effectively and will work with the business development team in reviewing new service opportunities and asses the impact on BIKey knowledge, skills and qualifications:It is essential that the job holder has completed a formal data tools trainingExperience in using BI tools Excel, Power BI / Tableau and SQLExperience in managing and leading a team of data analystsPrior experience with a variety of business platforms and systems that hold dataKnowledge of producing and presenting data to stakeholdersKnowledge of data security and information governanceFamiliar with data quality processes and methodologyAbility to manage a variety of external and internal stakeholdersTakes a driven approach to seeking out new ways of workingFocused on solutions, looking at what can be done and howA flexible and adaptable approach to workExperience in planning and prioritising conflicting workloads and demandsAble to lead on work independentlyPlease check the Job Description and the full advert here: https://www.jobtrain.co.uk/onemedicalgroup/displayjob.aspx?jobid=355 Location: The role requires hybrid working, from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY and also remotely.Salary: £37,500 - £42,500 (Depending on Experience)OneMedical Group is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
