Job Title: Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist
Location: Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, UK Compensation: Basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Possibility to earn up to an additional £2400 annually in commission. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm). Hybrid model available after the completion of initial training. Training: Comprehensive on-site training provided for 6-8 weeks, followed by the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working model. We are looking for anyone from a sales oriented office based background, if you don’t have insurance experience, no problem! There is full training within the role. Job Role: As a Professional Insurance Consultant, you will be instrumental in strengthening our position within the insurance industry. This role primarily involves telecommunication and is centred around business generation and customer retention. Office environment: Casual, good facilities & supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Selling and renewing a broad spectrum of commercial Business Insurance, with a special emphasis on SMEs. Identifying, leveraging, and converting sales opportunities. Excelling in upselling and cross-selling tasks. Accurate data entry for precise policy documentation. Upholding and embodying the company values as set out in our Customer Charter. Strict compliance with TCF, FCA, and all other regulatory requirements.Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will: Exhibit exceptional telephone communication skills and the ability to foster meaningful conversations with clients. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Demonstrate resilience, and the capacity to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Showcase excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Possess a consultative sales approach, dedicated to maximising all sales opportunities.
