About the Role

Outcomes First Group are looking for a Business Implementation Analyst to join our exciting Projects team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-orientated, problem solver to act as a key liaison between internal departments and external parties.

Our Business Implementation Analyst will have experience in stakeholder management, customer service and be responsible for project management and budget management for individual projects.

You will help manage, change and plan for the future based on the needs of the business. If you have a passion for gathering and understanding system needs and creating solutions, then this role could be for you!

We are looking for:

  • Business analysis experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Competent technical skills
  • The ability to work in a team and individually
  • Organisational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines
  • A passion for working with technology
  • Jira experience
  • Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (preferable)
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field or relevant business and role experience (preferable)
