We are pleased to announce that we have a new opportunity within the Sales Department at our Head office in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Our company is a leading provider of IT and telecommunications solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are seeking junior Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow our business. No experience or degree is necessary - we are looking for individuals with a passion for sales and technology who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their energy needs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prospect for new business by making cold calls, attending networking events and generating leads through other means
  • Develop a deep understanding of energy supply, energy management and energy-saving technologies
  • Work with clients to identify their energy requirements and provide advice on the best solutions that meet their needs
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and manage the implementation process
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of clients to account management teams for ongoing relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Energy Sales Consultant with a strong track record in delivering sales targets
  • A thorough understanding of energy supply and energy management solutions and technologies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Full, Clean UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites when necessary
