Your primary focus is to set senior executive level meetings to meet with us. Additionally, the ability to execute on sector email campaigns that drive warm leads. You will partner with a Business Development EVP to execute portfolio strategies to maximize our penetration, establish our presence and enhance our relationships in EMEA. This will be achieved through collaboration with colleagues to identify leads and work with marketing campaigns.

You have a proven track record of managing calls with C-suite levels. Experience within industrials (FMCG, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage etc.), transportation & aerospace, or natural resources sectors would be a distinct advantage.

You will be a high energy team player who quickly earns the respect of colleagues. You will also be keen to deepen your understanding and experience within sectors you are responsible for.

Good commend of Social Media, Salesforce, Hubspot required.

Job Specification
  • Work in concert with a Proudfoot EVP, the BD is responsible for establishing connections in an assigned portfolio, introducing Proudfoot and its offerings, and securing meetings for the EVP to further relationships with target clients.
  • Partner with EVP’s to co-develop territory/sector penetration strategies
  • Developing an action plan to prioritize and target specific companies utilizing a variety of methods to include but not limited to cold calling, networking, emailing and other marketing techniques and campaigns
  • Understanding and effectively communicating the Proudfoot business proposition and how our approach will deliver value to potential clients
  • Researching prospects, analyzing business performance, providing detailed and accurate sales and marketing information to Senior Sales Executive
  • Maintaining and scheduling meeting calendars and updating Salesforce CRM for an assigned portfolio
  • Maintain daily communication with the EVP to plan, prioritize prospecting activity, update and re-focus efforts as required
  • Ensure contact management program and client relationship program clients are contacted frequently; work with EVP on the specific call strategy for such clients
  • Support all relationship programs and the planning and participation of events
  • Utilize to the fullest extent all knowledge management databases to support call preparation and support EVP sales strategy development
Person Specification
  • Must speak and write English fluently, to business level
  • Has experience in high pressure, compressed cycle time sales environments
  • Is skilled at creating a sense of urgency with target clients, communicating value propositions quickly, and converting calls into appointments for further discussion
  • Has achieved quantifiable results that directly impacted revenues
  • Is experienced selling intangible products and services via the phone and email
  • Is proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • You will be a driven self-starter with a bias for action who thrives within a fast pace demanding environment that places a premium on creativity, initiative and autonomy.
