Searchlight Security is a multi-national Darknet intelligence company working with law enforcement, commercial cyber security companies and charities to help protect society against the threats of the Darknet. About the Position:

You will need to work with customer to learn requirements, gather feedback and manage projects from initial contact through to delivery. You will need to be able to represent our company in customer interactions while feeding a prioritised pipeline of requirements into our development teams. You will help define new product features and service offerings working with commercial and marketing functions to take to market. You will have experience of working with customers in a cyber industry and be familiar with the Agile software development process. You will be working with both Government and Commercial customers.


You will likely come from a cyber security company where you would be interacting with customers and providing technical services or research such as penetration testing, cyber auditing, threat hunting or managed services.


To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of cyber security and be an excellent communicator and team player.


Responsibilities:

  • Converting sales leads into customers
  • Managing the customer pipeline
  • Representing the voice of the customer internally
  • Providing technical demonstrations to customers
  • Manage the PoC and trial processes
  • Provide insights into feature design and function
  • Supporting operational initiatives
  • Contribute to competitor intelligence packs
  • Produce case studies and material to raise the profile of the business

Requirements:

  • Technical degree preferably computer science based
  • 5+ years experience in the Cyber Security industry
  • Knowledge of cyber security technical aspects such as pen testing, threat hunting and security management
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Excellent decision-making, communication and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office,
