As this role will be providing support to a predominantly US based team, the standard working pattern for this role is 12pm – 8pm.

About the team


As part of the Business Development Department, the E-marketing Team supports the firm’s marketing efforts in relation to client contact and relationship data. The Business Development Support – E-Marketing Data supports the BD Manager E-Marketing, and Senior Coordinators E-Marketing in ensuring the efficient running of Latham & Watkins’ Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, InterAction, and the firm’s eComms data in the following areas:


  • Researching and completing profiles in the firm’s databases
  • Making recommendations regarding the system configuration and/or processes for data collection
  • Routinely exporting, analyzing, and reporting data for business development efforts
  • Leading audit and data cleanup projects
  • Training users on navigating the firm’s systems and identifying opportunities to strengthen user adoption
  • Working on special projects on various issues as needed
  • Ensuring integrity of data by inputting data accurately, processing duplicates and verifying information
  • Working with the Marketing Technology team and IT to prepare for various upgrades to platform, including testing, documentation, and research

About you

  • Have a demonstrable commitment to, and experience of, working successfully in a client-driven environment; and
  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a logical, methodical manner.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working within a professional services environment within database administration;
  • Be prepared to act as an ambassador for the InterAction Team within the firm, winning the trust and confidence of their internal clients through sound advice on best practice, innovative solutions and sensitive client handling skills; and
  • Be capable of multi-tasking, possess energy and enthusiasm and take pride in striving for the highest standards of product and service delivery.
