Salary: £20k Basuc- £35k OTE

General Description

At CommuniGator, we believe Marketing Automation is central to the success of digital marketing. In fact, we’ve seen email open rates improve by over 70% and click rates by 105% simply by sending emails to sales prospects when they are ready.

With our software covering a wide area of tools, we’ve created a 5 step-marketing plan that has seen our customers lead conversion rates go from strength to strength.

Key Tasks
  • 1. Generates qualified trails with key stakeholders who have decision making authority
  • 2. Maintains a sales funnel of high value opportunities that meet qualification criteria
  • 3. Surpasses personal targets and possess a clear understanding of performance metrics
  • 4. Identifies new sales opportunities and lead sources through the qualification process

Responsibilities
  • 1. Maximises territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, identifying needs and demand creation
  • 2. Generates new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals
  • 3. Converts leads to sales opportunities by identifying alignment of critical business needs with company’s solutions which differentiate CommuniGator from competitors
  • 4. Works closely with sales management to prioritise opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations
  • 5. Responds to customer enquires quickly and manages an effective contact strategy
  • 6. Submits standard sales metrics, such as; weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress and business reports on a regular and timely basis
  • 7. Maintains the CRM for opportunity and contact management
  • 8. Is fully compliant with CommuniGator Analytics sales processes and procedures
  • 9. Book 12 qualified appointments per month

Qualifications
  • 1. A minimum of 1 year related new business sales experience (but not essential)
  • 1. Possess strong consultative and solution selling skills
  • 2. Experience in developing excellent relationship and networking skills
  • 3. Experience working in both independent and team environments is essential
  • 4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a good listener
  • 5. Enthusiastic, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and a confident approach to closing business
  • 6. A desire to understand a product in depth and passionate about communicating customer benefits
  • 7. New business and appointment setting experience is vital
  • 8. Must have a competitive character and be passionate about what they do, and why they do it
  • 9. Degree level education is desirable, but not essential
