To support our continued growth within the security, fire safety and facilities management industry, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic, confident and highly-motivated Business Development Manager.

Prime Management Group is a leading multi-service provider within the security and facilities management industry. Based in the North West of England, we operate on a national footprint promoting the delivery of professional, organised and effective services to businesses and industries across the UK. From manned guarding and CCTV monitoring to commercial cleaning and fire risk mitigation, we are relentless in our approach to helping businesses maximise their potential by taking away the daily stress of maintaining and protecting their properties, allowing our clients to focus on their core business.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to close marketing qualified leads and source and develop profitable new business.

  • Using your sales skills to convert warm leads
  • Managing the day-to-day sales pipeline
  • Using our CRM system to identify potential new business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Generating quotes and tender submissions
  • Making qualifiable appointments for our senior operations managers to meet with new, prospective clients
  • Using LinkedIn to promote new business, network and identify new business
  • Being the point of call for telephone enquiries
  • Be constantly learning - comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to ensure you can identify selling opportunities

Requirements

B2B sales experience

CRM experience (ideally Hubspot)

Excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Presentations skills

2 Years’ sales experience in the security or facilities management industry
