The EatHappy Group

In 2013, we set ourselves the goal to bring fresh sushi and convenience food from all over Asia to the European retail market. Starting from scratch in Germany, we currently sell our products at more than 1,500 POS in Europe, produced daily in our kiosks or in our central kitchen, which allows us to provide smaller retail markets with our freshly made sushi. We are opening more than 200 new kiosks across Europe each year and operate in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK.

To continue the expansion of our EatHappy Group we are looking for a:

Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Full time for our back office in London.

Your Tasks
  • You build the Business Development Department with operational and strategic projects, process and organisational management.
  • You create process plans, coordinate with interfaces in the expansion (e.g. assortment, shop construction, operations)
  • You expand our existing sales network and maintain close and trusting contact with our existing contractual partners.
  • You analyse relevant market research results and open up new markets and sales channels for us.
  • You work in close cooperation with the marketing department to place a sales strategy
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration
  • You have a background in hospitality marketing, ideally in the food industry
  • You are always interested in new trends in the food sector and know the trade media in the classic and new distribution channels.
  • You work independently, solution-oriented and reliably
  • You are characterised by a high level of analytical competence, are open and communicative
  • You are familiar with and enjoy working with project management tools and the usual office applications.
  • You have intercultural competence, speak Business English fluently and enjoy travelling nationally.
And most importantly: You are enthusiastic about the brand and have the courage and motivation to spread your enthusiasm.
