Job Specification

This is a role for a sales person who enjoys finding and pursuing new leads, seeking out opportunities and achieving results. Focused on key metrics, goals, quantifiable objectives and projecting pride and passion for G+D.
  • Determination, dedication and desire for knowledge of our market, the trends, customer requirements and competitive activities - market intelligence;
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods;
  • Establish relationships, while acquiring in-depth knowledge of our present customers’ and any prospective customers’ processes, needs and opportunities - to deliver greater value to customers and secure sales contracts;
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement, to closed sales and ongoing customer care and relations;
  • Work with colleagues to plan and execute lead generation campaigns and make the most of any USPs;
  • Enhance sales and promote the G+D brand and reputation;
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends;
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.


Person Specification
  • Independent (with a lot of initiative), solution and results driven.
  • With personality traits, such as inquisitive – driving – charismatic – optimistic – influential – persuasive.
  • An outstanding track record of successful sales to Banks and financial institutions.
  • Hands on, highly motivated, with strong commercial acumen to secure new business and grow our existing business.
