A Business Development Manager is needed to join the team at this leading labour management software provider.

Their systems help the hospitality industry reduce costs, save time and grow sales.

As a business development manager, you’ll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help grow their business.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
  • Research, identify and attract new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
  • Identify and create new ways of reaching existing markets and upselling
  • Generate leads, make cold calls to prospective customers and meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders and clients
  • Develop and maintain an exceptional understanding of their business model, products and services and be able to advise others about them
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the relevant industries, as well as competitors
  • Create a systematic, sustainable acquisition strategy that can evolve with new trends/changes and in line with their aspirations
  • Develop and nurture an effective network of hospitality professionals, including potential customers and integration partners
  • Deliver exceptional and compelling demonstrations of the system
  • Provide insight from the industry to aid the development of their systems
  • Maintain excellent 360-degree communication with all internal functions within the business
Education And Experience
  • Degree-level calibre preferred
  • + 5 years of operations management experience
  • An understanding of a consultative sales process with experience
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • An excellent command of English, both written and verbal
