Ethero has continually seen substantial growth and has been identified as one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the country on two separate occasions within the last three years.

We now want to further expand and continue to grow our branches throughout the Midlands. We have built our success on ambition, drive and professionalism and are currently looking for pure Business Development Managers that will report to the Company Sales Manager.
  • Previous business development experience within the industrial recruitment sector - minimum of 5 years
  • Market savvy within industrial recruitment sales with a deep understanding and knowledge of key sectors and focus areas
  • Can offer examples of high success and confidently talk about targets and financial achievements
  • Has converted larger 50+ user sites aswell as smaller quick wins
  • Successful at selling for multiple branch locations
  • Experienced in writing and delivering presentations at Director level
  • Can offer examples of being highly self-driven with a tenacious attitude
  • Previous responsibility of creating and driving own sales pipeline
  • Demonstrate consistent delivery of new client conversions over sustained time periods
  • Advanced at rapport building with a solid performance of highly developed solutions selling
  • Tactical approach across vertical and horizontal markets
  • Confident negotiator with a polished professional approach
