Business Development Manager - UK Coverage - Hybrid working.Excellent salary plus bonus incentives.Good benefits package including car allowance.Selling automation solutions into various industries.This is a truly great role at a company based in the West Midlands who are doing very well; but have ambitious growth targets both from a revenue and headcount perspective.Working for the Sales Director who has spent time creating a complete target audience map for the next few years, you will be employed to execute this map and generate revenue and business in new areas as well as improve the account management of their existing client base.The role will require someone to be a ‘BD person’ and have a sales mentality and approach.This requires opening new doors to complement the impressive customer base that exists.The sales are high value solution sales that will require relationship building, a million questions asked and designing bespoke technology solutions from the answers to those questions.You will be fully supported by some real innovators and design engineers who can make a customer requirement come to life, so you have scope to sell services and solutions that are as realistic as they are impressive.About you!

Take accountability to achieve results.Any experience in a manufacturing or engineering background would be helpful but not essential.You don’t need to live within commutable distance of site but there will be regular times when you will need to attend site.
