This role will work within the Component Delivery Team reporting directly to the Head of CDT and will assist with managing business activities including operational, functional and strategic topics to enable the achievement of the annual and long-term objectives. The role will cover a range of activities enabling strategic development of the industrial system with a specific focus on rate readiness, work transfer and enabling OP improved performance through digital and automation solutions.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Prepare and deliver the rate readiness plan across multiple programs on behalf of the CDT and co-ordinating Operations, Functions and VSM to deliver milestones on time and mitigating inevitable risks.

• Take the lead in the preparation and creation of the strategic roadmap for the CDT by proactively coordinating the creation, alignment, buy off and delivery of all relevant stakeholders
  

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience of Aerospace Manufacturing is essential

• Proven project management skills with an agile mindset
