We have an exciting opportunity to work for a market leader in Payroll Software - NO DIRECT EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

At the top of their game for over 20 years, this business provides their customers with market leading payroll software across the UK and EMEA. As part of their aggressive growth strategy for 2023 onwards, they are seeking an Business Development Manager to help grow and develop accounts.

In this Business Development Manager position, you will be responsible for:
  • Building relationships with existing clients, upselling/cross selling and affectively building your portfolio
  • Maintain relationships with customers whilst ensuring our excellent reputation is kept.
  • You will be confident drumming up new business about 60% of the time and be confident with approaching new clients.
  • Hit sales and retention targets on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the customer service team to guarantee 100% client satisfaction
  • Attend training courses when needed and comply with business ethics
  • Based within a commutable distance of Chester
Business Development Manager Pre Requisites
  • It would be extremely beneficial if you have direct experience selling Payroll services or Software
  • Your patch will be the North West, so it is beneficial if you live on patch. This is a field based role with 1/2 days in the office per week
  • Self-motivation is key to success, they are looking for a disciplined, outgoing, customer lead individual who thrives for success
  • As an Business Development Manager you will need to be a relationship builder who can work with all people, start and maintain healthy business relationships
  • Experience working with Microsoft suite and confident with I.T
  • You must be organised, punctual to manage your day to day tasks to a high standard
The Package

A fantastic package is on offer for the right Business Development Manager, basic £30,000-£35,000 with a rewarding commission structure of an uncapped OTE, on target earnings will be more than £50,000.
