Joining the AA as a Business Development Manager, you will support the development of our Network growth plans, generating and converting sales leads, establishing targets and most importantly achievement of challenging growth targets.

What will I be doing?
  • Contribute to the development of the AA Prestige business through commercial awareness of the AA brand and AA Prestige Garage product
  • Accountable for developing and performance managing of the sales strategy
  • Generating and converting sales leads and establishing sales targets
  • Work alongside the existing sales team to achieve the company goal
  • Measuring and reporting on sales performance and results
What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge And Experience
  • Extensive experience within a B2B business development environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a cold selling environment
  • Experience implementing growth strategies
  • Proven track record of customer relationship management
  • Ability to utilise data and report accurately on progress
  • The ability to work without close supervision often under pressure and to tight deadlines
