About the Role
- Support the sales team to success by consulting and closing enterprise sales
- Create, develop and deliver corporate sales pipeline
- Proven sales ability through a hands on approach to secure complex client wins
- As a Business Development Manager you will be the example of teamwork and consultative solutions based selling
Requirements
- Competent understanding of SaaS and complexity
- Experience working with or selling to Leisure/Elite sport experts
- Understanding of data security
- Experience of cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of the health, benefits and performance space
- Experience selling in to enterprise clients with proven success
- Effective use and experience using CRM - Hubspot or equivalent
- Effective CRM management to effectively measure operational and commercial KPI’s
- Confident presenter able to represent hero at senior stakeholder level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business development planning and strategic approach

- Exceeding quarterly and annual team revenue targets
- Exceeding personal revenue targets
- Outstanding team, stakeholder and client feedback
