About the Role

  • Support the sales team to success by consulting and closing enterprise sales
  • Create, develop and deliver corporate sales pipeline
  • Proven sales ability through a hands on approach to secure complex client wins
  • As a Business Development Manager you will be the example of teamwork and consultative solutions based selling

Requirements

  • Competent understanding of SaaS and complexity
  • Experience working with or selling to Leisure/Elite sport experts
  • Understanding of data security
  • Experience of cross-departmental collaboration
  • Knowledge of the health, benefits and performance space
  • Experience selling in to enterprise clients with proven success
  • Effective use and experience using CRM - Hubspot or equivalent
  • Effective CRM management to effectively measure operational and commercial KPI’s
  • Confident presenter able to represent hero at senior stakeholder level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business development planning and strategic approach

  • Exceeding quarterly and annual team revenue targets
  • Exceeding personal revenue targets
  • Outstanding team, stakeholder and client feedback
  • Relentless desire to exceed all KPI’s
