Job description

We are a major distributor of computer products, supplies and consumer electronics goods. Our company was established in the 1990s, and has become a well-known brand in the industry over the past 20 years. We specialize in OEM original supplies. Our domestic customers include major retail chains, governments, companies from various industries, universities etc. We are positioning ourselves for a major growth phase to capitalize on our past success. Currently we are seeking passionate and educated candidates to help us expand our business in this new office. Please reply with your resume and we will reach out for interviews.

Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

Utilizing company internal software to perform data entry from various source
Being able to accurately match up information from documents to database
Market Research
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Tracking stock levels using computer programs
Report any discrepancies
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Investigate any inventory losses
Ensure products are stocked correctly and safely.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
