Working from our dedicated head office in Altrincham & reporting to the companies Director , you will be focused on the generation of opportunities for the business on a national level.

We are looking for someone who is both highly motivated and well-structured to approach this challenge and deliver tangible results.

The companies target market is typically Stadiums, Arenas, City Entertainment Zones and Public Realm, Police Departments, Universities, Parades, Demonstrations, Christmas Markets and anywhere else where large numbers of people are gathered.

Your job is to have conversations & correspondence with the relevant persons responsible for the events safety and then introduce our industry & product specialists for further development of the opportunities.

You will form part of our small team and will receive input from colleagues and direct to the company owners.

In addition you will be required to assist with the companies social media presence utilising platforms such as LinkedIn to promote the businesses services.

The Role

  • Client Liaison via digital platforms or telephone
  • Be structured in identifying and using routes to entry to clients.
  • Know and maintain the key decision makers / stakeholders within company CRM system.
  • Use social media & sales platforms to Crowdguard’s advantage in presentation of services and client contact.
  • Know and use the means of communication best suited to target clients.
  • Own and manage the data feed to telesales, screening & handling outcomes and follow up.
  • Maintain a close relationship with marketing assistance both internal & external to feed campaigns & client literature.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates as determined by Crowdguard management reviews.
  • Telesales/Marketing – investigation to targeted Client list for Key Contacts, Opportunities. Cold Calling/Emails
  • Lapsing Clients – revitalise relationships with clients that have lapsing spends. Phone/Email. Log reasons onto CRM system.
  • Generate new Clients based on acquired intelligence
  • Filter Incoming Enquiries
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Criteria:

  • Experience in new business sales, ideally selling to businesses.
  • A strong work ethic and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of pro-active selling
  • Experience of Client Account Manager or similar
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager /sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in customer support
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Experience in using CRM Systems (Customer Relationship Management or Similar)
