The Role

The Business Development Executive is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who aspires to grow their sales career.

The role requires people with high energy, passion, and drive, with a desire to grow their career within the Cyber Security industry. A new business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped commission.

As a member of our Business Development team you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline and creating new customers through outbound prospecting.

Ultimately you will be responsible for the whole sale cycle generating and qualifying new opportunities and managing them through the sales process to close.

High achievers will be promoted to become Business Develop Managers within 12 months.


You will be responsible for

  • New business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped earnings.
  • Proven determination and tactical approach to lead development.
  • Actively prospect with calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Generating qualified opportunities.
  • Attend customer meetings and scoping calls.
  • Go the “extra mile” to outperform KPI’s.
  • Complete sales proposals and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Ensure a high quality of the leads is maintained.
  • Be determined to build your career as part of a successful team.
  • Must be happy working in a fast-paced, very-competitive, and deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and excellence.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a pure sales focused role primarily creating new business.
  • Self-motivation and running a 360 sales desk.
  • Working as a recruiter or within IT/Cyber sales with outbound telesales experience is preferable.

Training

  • Full Training will be provided to ensure you fully understand our products and service. Professional development training will be provided to improve your ability to handle objections and qualify opportunities.
