We are looking for passionate Graduate/Entry level Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales, hungry to make money and building great customer relationships? Then this could be the very first step in your software sales career!

We have a fantastic opportunity for an aspirational graduate who wants to develop and grow their sales career to join our bright, dynamic and progressive sales team.

Key responsibilities of the Graduate/Entry Business Development Executive.

• To support BDM in providing qualified first appointments to achieve new business revenue

• Expected to dial at least 40-45 calls a day

• Researching prospects and customers to gather information

• Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone, social media and email

• Working closely with marketing to understand size of opportunity and producing campaigns

• Full use of CRM to record activity, conversations and KPI’s

• Ensure that accurate and robust forecasting of your appointment pipeline

Skills & Experience preferred:

• Demonstrable experience of B2B appointment making, in a technology or services led environment

• A passion for technology

• A thirst for learning new skills and personal development

• You have a hunger for knowledge and new ways of doing things

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic

• Driven and ambitious to always strive for better

• Good people skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships

• Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, CRM platforms and BI would be highly beneficial.

• Excellent Oral and written communication skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations

• Commitment and dedication to deliver the best results
