The Company

We are an award-winning account-based marketing agency (ABM) working with a wide range of global clients from the technology, telecommunications and financial services sectors with offices located in London and Newbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive who is degree educated (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration ore related field) with a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the marketing industry to join a result driven organisation.

The Role

The role will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through creating as well as following-up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative colleagues and partners to support the sales process.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Highly goal-orientated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong experience within consultative sales.
  • Have the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
