Key Tasks Include

We require a Business Development Director, for a reputable facilities management company based in the North West, who provide both soft and technical support and services across a wide range of industries.To support their growth they now seek a Business Development Director and are offering a basic salary of upto £85k with a good bonus and benefits package as well, to work alongside the Managing Director and ensure that the company are able to provide profitable growth.The Role of Business Development DirectorAs a Business Development Director you will be developing and implementing sales and commercial strategies that will help the company achieve its growth goals.
  • Selling the company’s range of technical, security and cleaning services
  • Creating tenders to ensure sales
  • Management of KPI’s
  • Managing the marketing and sales parts of the business plan
  • Producing a business case together to support all major business decisions
  • Develop reporting systems that will enable the presentation of business performance monitoring information
  • Developing a CRM system to ensure compliance
  • Working alongside the Finance Director to develop pricing and costing policies that maximise revenue
  • To take responsibility for all contractual negotiations, pricing and credit control.
The Business Development Director we requireAs Business Development Director you will need to have prior experience within facilities management or outsourced services, including security, cleaning and technical services. You will be used to tendering for large value accounts (typically £1m).
