A Business Development Coach with PeoplePlus is not all about hitting the phones and making those sales calls. Our BDC focus on Engagement. They identify, promote and engage learners on to PeoplePlus programmes by giving information, advice and guidance allowing learners to make an informed choice. They follow that up by promoting our learners and our services to employers, creating and securing appropriate opportunities for our learners and the business.

Have you got what it takes?

You should have a real passion for what you do along with an Information Advice and Guidance qualification or equivalent. You will need to have the confidence, experience and the ability to give the right advice to learners on how to maximise their own ability and learning skills. You should be customer focused and want to be able to empower, motivate, support and advise learners, helping them achieve their learning goals with the ultimate goal of improving their lives.
