They are also great at setting up frequent reviews to ensure you are staying on track and feeling that you are both adding value to the business and getting what you need from your job.This Business Change Manager role combines Project Management and Business Analysis and will have you be responsible for scoping and delivering strategic change in line with the wider business’s vision, values and goals. What we’re offering:A salary of up to 50kA mostly remote role – usually up to once or twice a month in the officeAccess to industry-leading training and certificationsClear expectations and opportunities for development and career progression Skillset required:Demonstrable experience in a similar roleStrong experience as Project Manager and/or Business AnalystStrong experience of working in business change projects and/or environmentsExperience of project scoping and management, resource allocation, time and deadline management, and a strong sense of prioritisation and organisationA relationship-led approach and coaching, mentoring and guiding mindsetOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills – internal and external, as well as at all levels Key responsibilities:Act as a “bridge” between the Strategic Change Team, support areas, and business operationsDevelop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives.Conduct business impact analysis and design proportionate change interventions.Identify risks and with the Project Board, develop risk mitigation strategies.Define project benefits, assess progress towards delivery, and achieve measured improvements across the firmCreate, adapt, adopt, invent, and improve Customer Experience solutions to achieve business outcomes and optimise the customer experienceProvide milestone progress reporting and other updates to management and project teams, and communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences and stakeholdersInfluence and actively participate in the design, development, delivery, and management of a project change communication strategy and support its executionEngage and support senior leaders, managers, and supervisors to drive change managementIdentify, define and track the benefits and operational outcomes required of any changes deliveredIdentify anticipated resource requirements, communicate expectations from the outset and throughout the life of any projectPrepare affected business areas for transition to new ways of workingWork with impacted groups to assess change readiness.Be a key influencer for cultural change and internal adoption of customer experience mindset focused on listening to customersIdentify and manage anticipated resistance to changeLead change management work streams following the necessary methodology/processes, engaging project teams and providing guidance on their roles and responsibilitiesDemonstrate and role model Change Management behaviours as well as leadership and expertise in Change Management methodologies through active coaching/training of others as requiredTake the lead on transition management, ensure business as usual is maintained during the transition and that changes are effectively integrated and ownedProvide input and support the design and delivery of training programmesFully participate in developing financial budgets for SCT projects, regularly reporting against budget expectationsWorking with the Director of Strategic Change Delivery, highlight any material issues or developments affecting the team or firmRequest resource in good time, allocating tasks in line with project deliverable priority, working with other team members and business areas where resource constraints may threaten delivery to timeline to achieve a positive outcomeAdvise and supervise colleagues on assigned projects and within own areas of knowledge and responsibilityAssist in the development of client relationships to include involvement in tenders, client audits and added value work as requiredContribute to the delivery of the key performance targets by achieving own objectives effectively - for example, productivity, leakage, budget, fraud and service targets as appropriate to the teamEffectively use the case management system to ensure data held is accurate and up to dateMeet financial targets and other objectivesRespond to all requests for information and assistance from other teams in a timely manner
