An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Analyst to work on the Evolve Programme for 12 months with a possible extension.

About The Role
The Evolve Programme was established in 2019 following a cabinet decision to replace the council’s current SAP application with a cloud-based ERP cloud solution. The vision for the programme is a simple one and reflects how the Programme will contribute to organisational recovery outcomes; “shaping our future through insight.’’
This future will enable us to support evidence based decision making and policy development, it will transform our business processes, systems and our use of digital technology and will develop a flexible high performance culture enabling our workforce to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
As a Business Change Analyst will be required to support the Evolve Change Lead on business readiness, the successful and effective adoption of a new ERP solution and associated business processes, including baselining, analysis and reporting of current business state, process capture and design, and information and data analysis. This role will provide an opportunity to work with a number of services across the organisation and is an excellent chance to gain a in-depth understanding of how services operate.
About You
You will have experience in a similar project-based environment or role, and ability to demonstrate project management skills and expertise.
We will look to you to have proven excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to build productive relationships at all levels in an organisation
You will be Educated to degree level or equivalent or can demonstrate relevant experience.
