One of the world’s leading law firms is looking for a Business Architect to join their thriving team in Newcastle. The firm has unrivalled scale and depth of legal resources across the three key markets of the Americas, Asia and Europe and focuses on: capital markets; corporate and M&A; finance and banking; real estate; tax; pensions and employment; and litigation and dispute resolution.

This position will be responsible for ensuring that the Newcastle team have efficient and cost-effective legal processes, that are in line with the firm’s Best Delivery strategy.

Duties will include the following:

  • To identify new standardised work packages for Newcastle by reviewing and monitoring workflows and working with Practice Area Leaders
  • Drive process transfer forward and manage the project, including process design, developing guidance notes and any other documentation and designing the communication/ roll-out plan for the package
  • Design and implement processes, guidance notes and playbooks to allow the team to deliver efficient, high-quality, cost-effective solutions for clients
  • Participate in workshops and deliver change, communication and training plans to all stakeholders to enable them to change the way they deliver their matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • degree in law, business or a finance related subject
  • experience in relationship management
  • experience in managing stakeholders
  • Experience with managing and organising projects
