Your New Company

A not-for-profit organisation is looking to add a new Technical Project Manager within their PMO department. This could be your opportunity to join a prominent organisation who is looking to develop and implement their new digital transformation strategies to help the local community.

Currently operating to 72,000+ customers across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and west Sussex, this organisation is looking to expand and help vulnerable people find affordable housing across multiple counties. They currently have 33,000 homes and are looking to expand by 17,000 more by 2030.

Your new role

You will develop a Business Architecture strategy based on the situations which you will face within a variety of business scenarios. You will be responsible for applying a structured business architecture approach that will help capture the key views of the Business. You will lead a team of 5 Senior Business Analysts to ensure that the process maps align with the TOM.

You will help shape and develop business cases that will help implement the delivery of business improvements that clearly identify what benefits the business can gain. You will work on continuous project/programme improvement initiatives that will support the team and you will be responsible for supporting the business through their change management. You and your team will help challenge the business to simply its streamline processes and you will have the opportunity to develop methods of re-design embedded within the organisation.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You must have experiences with CRM projects and CX projects. You will need to have experience demonstrating key IT and business changes to stakeholders. You must be able to lead a small team to help them achieve their best outcome.

You will need to be a strong team leader and must be able to help develop the skills within your team. Having experience of aligning a business strategy with a business architecture. You must have experience of working on MS D365 projects and be able to find elegant solutions, to complex problems. Having knowledge of the social housing sector would be advantageous but is not essential. You must have led strong IT to the delivery of high priority projects to succeed within this role.

Having a previous title of Business Architecture is not essential but you must have experience performing the role of an architect within a senior Business Analyst role.
