What about the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analytics Partner to join our Data and Analytics Team to work in partnership with the business to use data to transform our service delivery and deliver an outstanding customer, people and business experience.

Working in partnership with the Data Warehousing Team, you will deliver various data and analytics projects within specified timescales and to deliver relevant data focused analysis.

You will be responsible for using data to reveal patterns, trends and insight into how we are currently operating and what we need to consider in our future service delivery to support effective organisational decision making, producing timely analysis harnessing multiple data sources, using systems such as Power BI to create information dashboards for individual areas of the business and create a clear understanding of how we are operating and where our focus should be to deliver insights and improved decision making.
