Business Analyst - Transformation - Sofico - Flex working
My client a leading name within the automotive industry are current recruiting multiple Business Analysts

As part of our transformational mobility and digital strategy, my client are replacing large components of their technology landscape, including the core Fleet Management system.

To help deliver this change, an experienced Business Analyst is required to:
*Initially understand and document business ’As Is’ processes in a clear and consistent way
*Build on this knowledge and gather/document future business requirements
*Support the Project Manager and wider implementation team re. system replacements
*Support future system developments and upgrades including new products and services

This is a new, pivotal role to help prepare, plan & then deliver business transformation as part of a wider project team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DETAIL KEY JOB DUTIES BELOW IN BULLET POINTS)
Build stakeholder relationships & understanding of the business model and the future mobility & digital strategy,
Develop ’As Is’ process maps to facilitate business requirements gathering. This will involve reviewing/updating existing documents and engaging with stakeholders across the business via workshops & 1-2-1s, highlighting personal data content (GDPR) where relevant,
Identify quick win process improvement opportunities and engaging with the Toyota Production Systems Team to support process improvement,
Develop high level ’To Be’ processes through workshops and 1-2-1s with business stakeholders,
Support design and development of a future business & IT architecture,
Support the Project Business Leader and Project Manager to develop an Implementation plan and obtain appropriate internal approvals,
Project Implementation
Using output of the preparation phase, oversee the requirement gathering process between vendor business consultants and business users,
Assist in the review & approval of requirements and co-ordinate technical assistance if needed,
Support preparation and testing under an agile implementation process
Drive project goals and vision with key users,
Assist in the change management process,
Assist business users in ensuring that technical solutions meet requirements and solution sign-off is achieved,
Provide external risk assessment on behalf of the business and feed back to the project management team,
Provide strategic level reporting on the relative position and likelihood of success throughout the project lifecycle,

Key Skill (ESSENTIAL TO PERFORM THE ROLE)

Experience of the Sofico Miles Product (desirable)
Multiple years experience as a Business Analyst with a significant focus on process transformation,
Exceptional process mapping skills and experience of leading or facilitating process design and business architecture work,
Proven ability to work alongside a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient with Visio, PowerPoint and other MS tools
Experience of facilitating workshops and working with vendor and internal stakeholders
Exposure to IT Project Management techniques and the end to end SDLC
