As a result, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst.


Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Fit for the Future Programme Manager, as a Business Analyst you will primarily focus on delivering improvements to the way the Council delivers it’s services.


About the role

Taking the lead on improvement activities from initial concept through to implementation that will put our communities at the heart of our service delivery. You will help drive consistent and efficient capturing and use of data across the organisation to ensure information systems support and facilitate business intelligence and data integrity is maintained across systems.


This role is a full time position working 37hrs per week, for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of analysing and interpreting service, performance and customer data
  • Experience of delivery of process improvement, data analysis, and business change
  • Experience in preparing and presenting clear and concise documentation and reports for a variety of purposes
  • Able to communicate change effectively to senior stakeholders
  • An understanding of CRM solutions
  • Resilience and innovation
