Business Analyst / Project Manager - Up to £50,000 - Portsmouth/Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/ Project Manager to join a highly successful and driven team who are developing software products within the mobility and fleet management space. The successful candidate will work within a small project team to help plan and deliver new business transformations.

The company are based on the outskirts of Portsmouth and can offer 2 days a week home working + flexible working hours along with a generous benefits package

Responsibilities
  • Work within a small project team to plan and deliver business transformation in line with the ongoing digital strategy
  • Gather, document and review detailed requirements.
  • Build stake holder relationships
  • Analyse and recommend solution options
  • Project Manager on smaller stand alone projects.
  • Produce Project Initiation Documents, plans, logs, reports, etc.
Required Skills
  • Experience as a business analyst focusing on process/business transformation
  • Process mapping
  • Business architecture
  • Process design
  • Project manager experience would be beneficial.
This role offers a starting salary of up to £50,000 along with a company bonus, enhanced pension, and at least 30 other added benefits.
