It’s an exciting time as we head towards 2023 here at Changing Lives through Changing Minds and we’re now looking for a new Business Administrator on a full-time basis.

This is a new role, having previously been a part-time position.

Who are we?

We’re a Community Interest Company (CIC), based on a farm in North Lincolnshire in Coleby. As a not-for profit organisation formed in 2017, we provide a holistic and systemic approach to therapy, often using animals. We support over 150 families, all ages, some with complex needs.

We’re passionate about providing opportunities, believing everyone has the right to experience a new beginning, offering a place where people can grow and learn, equipping them for their new pathway in life.

This is a role where you get the chance to make a difference on a daily basis through the work you do!

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will:

  • have a keen interest in data systems and IT
  • have experience of working within an office setting, prioritising workload, working to multiple deadlines, and improving processes, demonstrating flexibility in approach
  • have an eye for detail, and analytics
  • have a particular flair in Finance and will be required to provide prompt, accurate and effective financial information to the Operations Manager and Director
  • have experience of IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Teams

You may currently be within a clinically based setting, or within a patient / therapy service, or within the NHS, but note this is not essential.
