This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/Project and/or Project Manager to work in a dynamic environment with a great deal of autonomy.

You will have the chance to get involved in fast-changing and growing ethical business ventures. Offering general business support in the running of several businesses and personal enterprises.

Key Responsibilities & duties (including, but not limited to)

· Will play an integral role in project planning, task scheduling, procurement, budgeting, risk management, project leading, and conflict resolution.

· Organising, prioritising and expediting tasks using Teams, Planner, and other Office applications.

· Administration of developing Business plans and Investment memorandums

· Preparing board meetings, animated Power Points and minute taking.

· Interpretation of brief verbal instructions

· Coordinate and schedule diary appointments

· Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.

· HR Support including Recruitment, staff performance reviews.

· Schedule appointments, meetings and travel

· General administration and organisation

Key Skills and Experience.

· Project management experience and excellent time management

· Business Administration/management

· Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organised.

· Excellent in Mathematics and English

· Degree or equivalent

· Expert in main Microsoft Office platforms

· Accountancy/book-keeping skills

· Ability to travel to sites as part of project management.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Flexibility of working hours outside of standard 9 -5 occasionally required.

Ability to Commute:

· Office based.

· Carlisle, Cumbria: reliably commute.

Priority will be give to candidates who hold some or all of below:

  • 10 plus years experience
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
  • Marketing/Sales experience
  • HR experience
  • Confident and with good people skills
  • Other languages (Arabic preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
