We are excited to be looking for our next superstar, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the Chrysalis team. As Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for all branch administration, advertising job roles, searching job boards and filtering applications, preparing candidate profiles to send to clients, sending terms of business to clients, updating and cleansing the database, project work, speaking with clients and candidates and being the first point of contact. Role:

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the consultants with all branch administration and the coordination of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for candidates and any recruitment related queries
  • Working alongside an experienced team of Consultants in order to understand the profiles, job descriptions, CV’s and experience your clients are looking for
  • Compiling job specifications in order to attract top quality candidates on behalf of your clients
  • Supporting the consultants in creating effective job advertisements
  • Publishing jobs onto various job boards, social media platforms and online channels
  • Source, shortlist and refer best qualified candidates for vacant positions
  • Managing applications and screening of suitable candidates
  • Conduct telephone and face to face interviews for varied positions for branch functions when required
  • Upon request, schedule interviews and callbacks for suitable candidates
  • Update in house CRM database and manage all recruitment administration, including updating recruitment trackers
  • Source leads and track agency user information on required spreadsheets
  • Support the team with other general admin duties
  • Maintaining recruitment folders, ensuring that all documents are saved in the correct folders and tracked
  • Achieving weekly and monthly KPI’s
  • Act as an ambassador of Chrysalis People Solutions and the values we represent

What does the Apprenticeship Cover?

During this course, you will complete training and activities to cover 12 modules. These are completed through workbooks, practical sessions and observations and have been designed to meet the Business Administrators standard as well as the Highfield Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrators.

The Apprenticeship will last 15 months. After 12 Months, learners will be entered into their End Point Assessment. At this stage you will submit your portfolio, complete a multiple-choice online exam, participate in a portfolio-based interview and deliver a project presentation.

Any person that comes onto our apprenticeship programmes will in addition to the apprenticeship qualification have access to over 500 e-learning courses which you will gain certification for any undertaken. These are optional and not a requirement of the apprenticeship programme and totally free of charge.

Hours of Work: 9am-5pm

Wage: Meets national minimum wage
