About The Role

We’re looking for a Buildings Compliance & Health & Safety Manager to join our Property and Business Services at our Head office in Leeds.

As a Buildings Compliance & Health & Safety Manager you will provide oversight and subject matter expertise, to ensure all property and health and safety regulatory requirements are being met and enhanced through value adding activities.

What will you bring to the role?

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
  • Professional qualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience in a compliance and health and safety role for estates is essential.
  • Experience of stakeholder management at a head of function level.
  • Experience of researching, designing and implementing compliance and health and safety systems that add value and improve resilliance.
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing of facilities management compliance and health and safety testing.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems and deliver solutions within tight constraints
