Canterbury City Council, a district council situated in the heart of the Garden of England, has recently brought its Housing services back in house.


We wish to recruit an experienced Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) to join our busy Compliance & Servicing team, this is an exciting position for an enthusiastic professional to join the team who will have the interests of our tenants at heart, you will manage all aspects of contract management for building services with an oversight of areas such as gas servicing, mechanical repair and renewal from inception to completion, to our circa 5000 property portfolio.


The role we are seeking to fill is for a Building Services Engineer (Mechanical)

What we are looking for is a suitably qualified and experienced professional, well versed in current best practice, who can find innovative answers to a range of issues and have a strong track record on the technical areas of building services, gas safe, M&E, working to budget with high levels of customer satisfaction.
