Job title:Build Line Support Team Lead

Location: Samlesbury/ Warton

Salary: £52,084+ (Commensurate with skills and experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Build Line Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for the management of a Build Line Support Team and provide support to production activities.

  • Manage a team of design and structures engineers (Metallic, Composite, Systems, Electrical etc.) who will provide technical support to Manufacturing Review Boards,
  • Manage general support to production and the supply chain
  • The role requires a high degree of understanding of requirements for production performance and associated engineering capability.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Experienced with Catia v5 as well as working knowledge of PLM/SAP
  • Delivery of effective query/non-conformance responses that meet the programme(s) obligations for cost, quality, timeliness and specification.
  • Resolution of engineering conflicts between Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
  • Reporting and Performance Management
  • Influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Team leader experience
  • HND degree or equivalent experience
