Job description

Working for a well established company, you will be looking for the next step in your career within specialist finance, specifically working within Bridging & Commercial loans. This is a full-time permanent role, working mainly from the office with the potential for some remote working. You will be talking to financial intermediaries and their clients over the phone to explore a broad range of bridging and commercial products suited to their individual needs and circumstances. This is a role with excellent scope for career progression in a stable working environment, offering a competitive basic salary and the ability to earn uncapped bonus. Basic salary circa £50-55K, OTE £70K+

You will also be responsible for:

  • Building long lasting relationships with financial intermediaries and their clients
  • Handling complex enquiries on a day to day basis
  • Sourcing lending products from a panel of lenders
  • Obtaining lender’s Decision in Principle and issuing terms
  • Ensuring your compliance with company standards and the FCA

We are looking for candidates who have Bridging, Commercial or complex Buy-to-Let experience, having worked recently at a broker, IFA, intermediary or lender. You will need to be highly professional, self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as part of a team with a real desire to succeed.

You will be working Monday-Friday, benefits include contributory pension, private healthcare, death in service and generous bonuses.
