Responsibilities And Duties - Loan Origination & Funding
  • Sales activity to identify & engage with new introducers & borrowers in line with product
  • Strategic activity to increase broker conversion through knowledge sharing & training
  • Activity to vet and onboard new brokers, borrowers and introducers to the panel
  • Proactively source & originate bridging loans in line with policy & appetite
  • Asses deals in line with credit policy & supply required information to underwriting
  • Asses the broader client propensity for additional or future borrowing requirements
  • Strategic diary management to ensure productivity is optimised at all times
  • Log all sales activity in line with company policy, including updating the company CRM
  • Regular industry & competitor reviews to enhance the USP
  • Support BDM’s or Head of Sales where requested
  • Support decisions on loan values, rates, broader loan terms and loan exits
  • Achieve year on year lending growth with a spirit of continuous improvement
Responsibilities And Duties - Communication & Relationships
  • Ongoing point of contact for queries arising from your index of introducers & borrowers
  • Meetings with prospective introducers to educate them on the product range
  • Attendance at industry events to support brand awareness, origination and relationships
  • Communicate with external stakeholders to the loan funding process
  • Presentations to the Head of Sales regards industry news, information or opportunities
  • Deputise for management where requested to include meetings with CEO
  • Delivery of requested MI to line management once requested
  • Regular attendance at key meetings as requested by management
  • Activity to ensure exceptional customer service at all times
  • All activity to uphold the principles of the company at all times as a company ambassador
