Breakfast Supervisor

We are currently seeking a passionate Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at the Milestone Hotel! The main focus of the role will be to lead the team to five star standards for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea service.

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. Part of Leading Hotels of the World, this property has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, Cheneston’s Restaurant (2 Rosettes) and unique Stables Bar. The hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional and attentive guest service.

Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Supervisor will include:

• Communicating and working together with the team to ensure highest service standards and guest experience
• To motivate, train and encourage all team members to deliver services to the Forbes five star standards
• Oversee all aspects of the breakfast/lunch operation of the hotel restaurant, ensuring highest level of cleanliness and health and safety measures
• Working closely with departmental managers and keep them informed of Food & Beverage challenges as they arise
• Assisting with telephone calls, taking table reservations, and answering any enquiries in a professional manner
• Hosting guests at the restaurant and looking after their dining experience
• Training and developing the team to ensure consistency of service

The ideal candidate for the Breakfast Supervisor position should:

• 
  Have previous experience within similar role in a four or five star hotel
• Have good level of understanding of food and beverage preparation and service
• Communicate effectively in English
• Have a positive and friendly attitude
• Have experience in training team members
• Have a passion for food and beverage
