You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of breakfast service for the guests at Penrhiw Priory. The successful applicant must be able to work using their own initiatives and be self motivated.

The main duties will be:

  • To assist in the smooth and effective running of the kitchen department.
  • To ensure that all food is prepared, stored and disposed of to the standard required.
  • To control stock levels, and ensure that all food to is used appropriately at all times
  • Ordering and receiving of food goods, in accordance with monthly budgets to include the control of stock, and Health and Safety compliance.
  • To liaise and communicate with other departments

What We Are Looking For:

  • As Breakfast Chef you are always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role, you should ideally have:
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to drive the company’s reputation forward.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Possess an exceptional can do attitude.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and keep a level head in a busy environment.
  • The ability to follow orders and treat colleagues with respect
  • Flexible attitude to working patterns over 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
