Full Time 48 hours per week 5 days over 7
Salary of £28,000 per annum plus, on top of your salary you can earn up to £400 service charge per quarter (based on eligibility)

We are recruiting for a passionate and reliable Breakfast Chef to work in our estate hotel kitchens. We give particular attention to breakfast as this is likely to be the final memory of a guest’s stay with us. Who we are:
Situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Restaurant; glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the cookery school.

The role:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes
  • Ensure all breakfast items are cooked to the highest standards, maintaining taste, quality, and presentation
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new breakfast menu items and improve existing recipes
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of breakfast ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to guarantee a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Coordinate with servers and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient breakfast service

We are looking for:
  • Someone with previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or a similar role
  • strong team player willing to take direction
  • A passion for excellent customer service and an eye for detail
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Good spoken English
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow within our company
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
