We have a new opportunity for a creative and dynamic Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in Wimborne, Dorset.

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of global marketing campaigns for Farrow & Ball, with a focus on Wallpaper and our Colour Consultancy service. Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, you will work with agency and in-house teams, shaping marketing plans from your deep understanding of our customer - translating that into digitally focused communications campaigns.

Your responsibilities as Brand Manager:

Insights and Understanding

  • Developing a deep understanding of our customer to ensure strategies are relevant and engaging
  • Evaluating performance of campaigns and ongoing communications, to understand ROI, successes, and learnings, ensuring continuous improvement.

Digital Focus

  • Navigating the ground between traditional and performance marketing to deliver full mix global marketing campaigns supported by appropriate messaging and tools
  • Guiding digital and social media strategy to deliver the business objectives
  • Briefing in house and agency creative teams to develop engaging content

Global execution

  • Building on the brand’s market-leading position by providing clear directions and guidelines on the development and execution of brand related activities
  • Providing content and ideas to support customer acquisition and engagement through our Colour Consultancy service and wallpaper
  • Supporting international marketing teams to develop adapted brand activities whilst ensuring coherence to the global brand strategy and positioning standards

Your experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrable brand management experience, trade marketing experience or luxury industry experience
  • Interiors industry experience would be beneficial however not essential
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Financial awareness of managing budgets and understanding of P&L
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proactive and dynamic
  • Self-starting & highly motivated
  • Conscientious, taking personal ownership for your own contributions
  • Tenacious and able to challenge
  • Creative, innovative, and resourceful
  • Focused on results and is accountable for outcomes
