Join Howdens as a Brand and Marketing Communications Lead where you’ll create and execute an omni-channel marketing plan to raise brand awareness and drive our customer base even further.As an experienced Brand and Marketing Communications Lead, you’ll lead a small team and work effectively with senior stakeholders across our ambitious and growing organisation. Your role will be crucial in influencing others and delivering commercially focused and customer-centric marketing activities. This is a full-time, permanent position based within our office in Raunds, Northamptonshire, with some home working.What will I be doing as a Brand and Marketing Communications Lead?
  • Lead your team in creating, refining, and executing a clear omni-channel marketing communications strategy.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to agree and implement marketing activity, raise the profile of marketing communications, and ensure internal engagement prior to launching new marketing initiatives.
  • Accountable for all marketing content both on and offline ensuring the tone, message, and visual execution are on-brand, inspirational, and customer-centric.
  • Provide insight into the ever-changing world of marketing and customer behaviour and bring new ideas and practices to the business with the view to growing a world-class marketing strategy and team.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to enable them to reach their full potential in order to achieve their business and personal objectives.

  • Significant experience in delivering an effective Brand and Marketing Strategy and Marketing Communications at a strategic senior level.
