What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading by example, ensuring compliance and the safety of your colleagues and customers in the branch at all times
  • Planning & scheduling deliveries and collections effectively, adjusting and flexing where required
  • Your branch assets are the key to your successful hire business, you will need to be in control of stocks, what requires repairs and set timescales for the turnaround of the equipment ready for re hire to avoid loss of sales
  • Working closely with the sales team to optimise opportunities to increase your revenues
  • Managing your branch P&L using your commercial skills to control costs whilst growing the business , this is truly the opportunity for you to have an impact and influence results

A Brandon Hire Station Manager really does “run their own business” with the benefit of being a part of a wider group and Plc company, we seek out the exceptional and a Manager with sound business acumen who can make sensible decisions that will deliver positive outcomes

We are looking for experience of working in a leadership role and that you will demonstrate exceptional communication skills whilst being a positive role model

You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and build strong relationships

An ability to effectively manage change and be flexible yourself whilst also having the calmness to cope under pressure in a high volume environment

Excellent administration skills - able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and multitask
